This is not any devkit or anything that is meant for making new classy web products. I prepared this image templates for a site associated with the Dynz network. Later we had to switch to a different color theme so these remained untouched. That means anyone who feels like seeing the source of these images can download this web pack, customize, rip and create even better image work.

Well … The download button in this pack is created using Maxon Cinema 4D and Photoshop. The tutorial for creating that button is creating such an image is listed at Opdyne. It explains some of my unorthodox methods of dealing artwork with Photoshop.

The other day i was simply playing around with PS and discovered this pretty cool trick.
Well nothing much actually.I am going to show how to make a shadow effect of plants from suns’ rays.
First of all prepare a plain document.
Use any simple vector brush depicting any plant like this.

1)Select the entire document .
2)Apply Filter Menu>>Distort>>Polar Coordinates (Polar to Rectangular)

[Optional:Apply a Filter>>Stylize>>Wind for a shimmer effect]
3)Apply Filter Menu>>Distort>>Polar Coordinates (Rectangular to Polar)

It looks like shadows are coming from the plant .Add a sun in the distance to make it look like rays are coming from horizon. You can use this technique to add rays from sun.
in the end I got something like this.

Later!
